Due to the nature of our products (human hair wigs and related items), all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item received is defective
  • The item is incorrect (not what was ordered)

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The lace must not be cut or altered
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

3. Return Request Process

  • Provide proof (photos/videos) of the issue

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the item

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items
  • Replacement items will be sent once the original item is returned and approved

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn wigs
  • Wigs with cut lace or altered styling
  • Change of mind or personal preference
